Paws in Harmony: Sound Healing for Pets & Pet Parents

Between busy days, loud noises and changing routines, our pets feel stress too – and they often pick up on ours. Paws in Harmony is an evening for slowing down together: a calm, guided sound and wellness experience designed for pets and their parents, on the lawn by the sea at Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat.

We have brought together a group of wellness partners for the evening, and each session is kept small – 15 pets and their parents at most. Dogs come at 6:00 PM and cats at 8:00 PM, so everyone gets a quiet space of their own.

How the evening flows

• Breathwork and meditation – a guided start to help you both settle in.
• Sound healing led by Neli Merris, founder of SAKINA Sound & Light Therapy. Gentle sounds may help promote calm and rest, and give you a moment of shared quiet and gentle touch with your pet.
• Wellness talks from Āvida Longevity – "The New Era of Longevity: Small Choices. Healthier Years. A Better You." – and FulviZoo (Shilajit for Pets) – "The Mineral Secret Animals Knew Before Us".
• Mini bites and refreshments, plus complimentary henna by @hibashennaart.
• Goodie bags for everyone – pets and pet parents both go home with gifts from Pet Pavilion and our event partners. Nobody leaves empty-pawed.

A Pet Pavilion vet and dog trainer are on site throughout the evening.
