Yes. Our pet taxi runs across Abu Dhabi for appointments, grooming, daycare and boarding drop-offs. Ask for it when you book.

You can split your bill into instalments with tabby or tamara; just ask at reception when you pay.

Fazaa members save 15% on veterinary care, grooming, the pool and boarding, and Fazaa employees save 20%. Show your Fazaa card at reception.

Difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, suspected poisoning, a swollen or hard belly, trauma, heavy bleeding or straining to urinate.

Six months. It is required for daycare and boarding at Pet Pavilion, and the good news is our vets can give it here.

As soon as they are no longer showing symptoms. Kennel cough is very contagious, so a dog with symptoms cannot attend until they have cleared.

At least 9 months old. Dogs also need to be fully vaccinated and sterilised to join daycare or stay at the pet hotel.

Puppies are still welcome for check-ups, vaccinations and grooming.

Up to 3 small dogs from the same family can share one room. Cats stay in their own condos in our separate cat wing, away from the dogs.

Rooms are subject to availability, so we encourage booking early.

Yes, please bring your pet’s usual food. We will ask whether they eat once or twice a day and how much, and keep to that routine.

Absolutely, and there is no charge for it. Just bring the medication in its original packaging, and please don’t pack it inside the food container.

Yes, and for boarding we encourage it: the familiar smell of home is a comfort and helps with any anxiety.

Please label everything. We do our best to look after belongings, but we can’t be responsible for loss or damage.

We work hard to keep every pet happy and healthy, but accidents can happen. Our staff are first-aid trained to handle injuries, and if anything happens you will be told straight away.

Stitches need to be at least 10 days old, and your vet needs to give permission. Your dog can’t swim while the stitches are in.

Up-to-date vaccinations. A standard swim session runs for a full 30 minutes in our indoor heated pool, and we provide life jackets.

To be safe, wait 48 hours. That gives the skin enough time to seal properly.

A bath, brush, haircut and style, blow dry, nail trim, teeth cleaning, anal gland expression and a spritz of pawfume, so they go home smelling delightful.

Every 2 to 4 weeks keeps them at a healthy length.
