Everything you need to know
A full groom includes a bath, brush, haircut, and style, blow dry, nail trim, teeth cleaning, anal gland expression, and a spritz of pawfume to go home smelling delightful.
At Pet Pavilion we're committed to providing the best possible care for all types of pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits and birds.
Kennel cough vaccinations are required to attend our day-care sessions, or to board at Pet Pavilion. These kennel cough vaccines last for 6 months, but the good news is, our vets at Pet Pavilion can administer these.
As soon as your pet is no longer exhibiting symptoms, they will be allowed to return. Unfortunately, kennel cough is very contagious, so if your dog is showing symptoms, they will not be allowed to attend.
To keep your pet's nails at a healthy length, nails should be trimmed every 2-4 weeks.
Dogs need to be 9 months old to attend day-care and boarding.
They are also required to be fully vaccinated and sterilized.
Yes, you do, as we keep our numbers limited, to ensure the best experience for your pet, through low staff: pet ratios.
You can make a booking by calling, emailing, or sending us a WhatsApp.
You can indeed for boarding, and we encourage it as the scent your dog knows so well (that smell of home) will give him comfort and help relieve any anxiety your pet may experience.
We do ask you label your items and while we do our best, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
While we do not offer boarding for cats, we can accommodate up to 3 (small) dogs in one housing enclosure.
This is subject to availability, so we encourage early booking.
Yes, you will need to bring your pet’s food with them.
We will ask from you, whether your pet eats once or twice a day, and how much you give them.
Yes, absolutely we can, and there’s no charge for this service.
All we ask is that you bring your pet’s medication, in its original packaging.
Please do not pack your medication in your dog’s food container.
While we endeavour to keep your pet’s happy and healthy, accidents do happen from time to time. Our staff are first aid trained so equipped to handle any injuries that may occur.
Should an injury take place, you will be notified right away.
Stitches need to be at least 10 days old, for your pet to be allowed to come to day-care. Your vet will also need to give permission.
Your dog will not be allowed to swim with stitches in.
To be safe, we suggest you wait 48 hours. This gives enough time to ensure the skin is properly sealed.
