Dogs need to be 9 months old to attend day-care and boarding. They are also required to be fully vaccinated and sterilized.
Yes, you do, as we keep our numbers limited, to ensure the best experience for your pet, through low staff: pet ratios. You can make a booking by calling, emailing, or sending us a WhatsApp.
You can indeed for boarding, and we encourage it as the scent your dog knows so well (that smell of home) will give him comfort and help relieve any anxiety your pet may experience. We do ask you label your items and while we do our best, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
While we do not offer boarding for cats, we can accommodate up to 3 (small) dogs in one housing enclosure. This is subject to availability, so we encourage early booking.
Yes, you will need to bring your pet’s food with them. We will ask from you, whether your pet eats once or twice a day, and how much you give them.
