Dogs need to be at least 9 months old, fully vaccinated and sterilised to join daycare or stay at the pet hotel.
Absolutely, and there is no charge. Just bring the medication in its original packaging — please don’t pack it inside the food container.
Yes, please bring your pet’s usual food. We’ll ask whether they eat once or twice a day and how much, and keep to that routine.
