Accompanied baggage or excess baggage is when you check your pet in for your flight at the same time you check yourself in, and pay for your pet's ticket based on the weight of the travel box. Your pet will be transported in the same cargo hold area of the plane as if being flown as manifest. In-cabin option is only available for very small dogs and cats, service dogs, and falcons in first-class only. On the other hand, manifest cargo involves transporting your pet as an unaccompanied shipment with all associated documentation and security procedures.
