With a diverse background spanning law enforcement, health & safety, and financial institutions, Islam brings a wealth of experience to his role as General Manager of Pet Pavilion.

A former police officer with over 15 years of experience, Islam has worked extensively with K9 units, where he gained hands-on expertise in handling and training working dogs for security and law enforcement purposes. His deep understanding of canine behavior and training techniques makes him uniquely suited to oversee a veterinary wellness hub that prioritizes top-tier care for pets.

Beyond his work with law enforcement animals, Islam has also built a strong foundation in health & safety within medical facilities. His expertise in risk management, compliance, and operational safety ensures that Pet Pavilion maintains the highest standards of veterinary care, well-being, and clinic efficiency.

A passionate equestrian, Islam secured 1st place in national show jumping competitions in Egypt for three consecutive years, and continues to own and care for two horses in his home country. His lifelong dedication to animals, align perfectly with Pet Pavilion’s vision of compassionate and expert pet care.

In addition to his professional experience, Islam is a devoted pet parent to two beautiful cats, who are much more than just companions—they are family. From quiet moments of affection to playful antics that bring joy to his everyday life, his bond with them is filled with warmth and trust. Through his role at Pet Pavilion, he looks forward to continuing his commitment to caring for animals—not just as a manager, but as someone who truly understands pet parent expectations for their furry bundles of love.

Islam holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Law and Police Sciences from the Egyptian Police Academy, equipping him with strong leadership, crisis management, and strategic planning skills—all essential for leading a growing veterinary wellness hub.

With his unique blend of experience, Islam is committed to driving Pet Pavilion to new heights while ensuring the best possible care for pets and their owners.
