With a deep passion for animal care, Bilal has dedicated the past four years to the veterinary industry, ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of every pet he looks after. As a key member of Pet Pavilion’s boarding team, he provides a comfortable and nurturing environment for pets staying with us, treating each one like family.

In addition to his boarding expertise, Bilal is also a trusted pet taxi driver, ensuring safe and stress-free transportation for pets to and from our facility. Whether it's a daycare visit, a grooming appointment, or a boarding stay, he makes sure every pet arrives comfortably and on time.

Bilal moved to the UAE in 2011 and has over 13 years of experience across different industries. However, his true passion has always been working with animals. His kind and attentive nature help pets feel at ease, giving pet parents confidence that their furry companions are in loving hands.

Beyond his work, Bilal enjoys watching movies and sports, but nothing brings him more joy than being around animals. His goal is to make every pet’s experience at Pet Pavilion a positive and stress-free one, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times.
